This concrete forecourt cleaning project was for a great customer who we’ve worked for on projects in the past. There were three main areas that needed attention; the front display area, the customer parking area and the service parking bays.
Forecourts are tricky places to clean as the areas we need to pressure wash are usually covered with cars, but on this occasion it happened to be a relatively small dealership on an commercial estate so the client was able to totally remove all the vehicles on the friday night so it was all ready for the team to carry out the clean over the weekend.
Forecourt cleaning projects like these are usually pretty straight forward as good quality concrete cleans up very well. The only real exceptions and challenges were oil stains from historic oil spills as well as some tyre marks from owners cars.
To remove the historic oil stains we used a combination of our non-caustic oil dispersant and a pressure washer.

Jim tackled a very large brick driveway and all of our garden patio areas in June. The surfaces came up like new, especially the sandstone and cement block that were dark grey with mould and lichen. He brought the right equipment for the job, resanded all of the brick in the drive, and left everything neat and tidy when he finished. Highly recommend!
